Antonio is a proud Colombian that has become a Las Vegas resident since Feb. 2016. He has always felt strongly attracted to the arts, nature and numbers. It became clear to him to study graphic design, a career that helps him observe, think and represent the world around us. He has worked in editorial design, illustration and advertising however for him, the balance in society is reached through education. Tied with his desire to learn, there is the need to teach. For this reason, Antonio taught geometry and abstract reasoning, even going as far as helping young people get access to higher education in Colombia. He believes that there is nothing more harmful to imagination and innovation than to think that there is only one “right” way of doing things. Antonio hopes that in the future, he will work again in education in one way or another.
He has been an advocate for equal rights, regardless of race, gender, or religion. For him, equality comes in the form of opportunities, not classifications. Antonio believes differences should be celebrated and diversity enriches people’s lives.

Shawn Willis, The Strategy and Collaboration Legend, is Founder & CEO of 5AM Global. With over 30 years of success in marketing and business development, her broad areas of expertise include B2B and B2C marketing strategies, campaign development, revenue generation, International team building, strategic branding, operations management, market research, and strategic partnership development. Shawn has proven exemplary in creating, producing, and leading regional, national and global conference, leadership development, and fundraising events.
Leveraging the extensive hands-on experience of launching and building a scalable company from the ground up, she is a valuable asset for companies seeking advisory on process improvements, efficiency assessments, media strategy, and leadership development. Throughout her executive career, Shawn has held leadership positions at organizations including Aliyah Media, Jewish National Fund, Market-Wise365 and IKON. Since 1993, she has been responsible for creating and executing strategies to maximize profitability for close to 100 U.S. and a dozen International companies from 7 different countries, including William Morris Agency, Cellular One, Presta and Lexus. In addition, she has helped established non-profit organizations surpass their average annual funding records by 600% record growth during a single campaign year.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing Degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. She has held paid Board positions with IKON and Urban Outfitters; Volunteer Board positions with Congregation Ner Tamid (CNT). She has led initiatives for research and solutions for Autism, homeless children, world water crisis issues, and sustainability. Currently, Shawn is an UNLV Presidents Associates Committee (PAC) Member, a Council Member of Women for Global Change, and proud supporter of ASPCA. Additionally, she was previously a Mentor for the IAC Eitanim program, and in 2017 was honored with inclusion in the UNLV Library as part of the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project.
